Privacy Policy:
1. Data collected by this web site may be used internally by The
Jason Foundation Inc. Names or other personally identifiable information
will not be published by The Jason Foundation Inc. except as it
relates to its obvious intended use (a letter of endorsement,
for example).
2. Information collected by The Jason Foundation Inc. may be used
for purposes other than what it is obviously intended for and stated
for. An example of this is using seminar or material requests to
determine the level of topical interest in a given geographical
area. Names or other personally identifiable information would

are forced to do so by an authoritative court or government).
4. Currently, our site does not use any "Cookies" at
all, or any other form of tracking with the following exceptions:
Page Counters
Web Server Statistics
" Cookies" are small text files a web domain (or web site) can use
to recognize repeat users, facilitate the user's ongoing access to and use of
the site and allow a site to track usage behavior and compile aggregate data
that will allow content improvements and targeted advertising. Cookies are not
programs that come onto a user's system and damage files. If we should begin
to use cookies, they will work by assigning a unique number to the user that
has no meaning outside the jasonfoundation.com domain.
5. If our privacy policy changes, we will post the new policy
here and notice of the change on our "News and Announcements" page.
Upon a user's request, The Jason Foundation Inc. will use commercially
reasonable efforts to functionally delete the user and his or her
personal information from its database; however, it may be impossible
to delete a user's record without some residual information because
of backups, and records of deletions. In no case will information
be transmitted outside of The Jason Foundation Inc. unless we are
