About JFI / Boards / Teen Boards

The Jason Foundation, Inc. incorporates young people into its structure through Teen Boards.  Their ideas and support are important in providing relevant programs to youth and others.  These boards are made up of high school students who have a passion to help their friends choose life and learn to live it to the fullest potential.  Teen Boards play an integral part in increasing awareness and education to our schools and communities through various activities and projects.

Our Teen Boards are located throughout the United States, representing several Jason Foundation offices. 

Teen Board Activities include:

• JFI Football or Basketball night at local high schools
• Battle of the Bands
• Trigger Lock Campaigns
• Legislative Presentations
• Letter writing campaigns
• Walk or Run Sponsors
• Other activities that promote awareness to the community about the problem and prevention of youth suicide.
