Executive Leadership Team
The Executive Leadership team is responsible for the company strategy, development and management of The Jason Foundation, Inc.. The team works closely together to ensure the mission of The Jason Foundation is carried out.
President / Chief Executive Officer: Clark Flatt
Responsible for the overall strategy, growth, and management of the Corporation

Vice President / Chief Operating Officer: Michele Ray
Responsible for the daily activities, function, and key performance criteria of the Corporation, its affiliations and regional offices
Assistant Vice President / Director of Public Information: Deanne Ray
Responsible for the coordination of marketing our mission and program development

Senior Divisional Director/Manager of Operations: Morgan Marks
Responsible for coordinating the efforts of the Divisional Team and maintaining the integrity of the building and its grounds
Divisional Regional Affiliate Offices Team
The Jason Foundation operates over eighty offices nationally with over 240 employed staff. The JFI Divisional Team is responsible for the development and implementation of action plans designed specifically for each of our offices. Under the direction of the JFI Divisional Team, our network of Regional Affiliate offices directly provided services to 1,055,604 individuals across the nation.

Education Department Team
The Jason Foundation Education Division’s primary responsibilities are the creation, editing, updating, research and presentation of The Jason Foundation educational programs for youth, parents and teachers / youth workers. Additionally, training and technical support are provided to the JFI Corporate Staff and extended staff throughout the affiliate and regional offices located across the country.

Administration Team
The center of our JFI hub is our Administration Team, whose responsibilities are many. In addition to the day to day activities of efficiently running our corporate office, the administration team plans and oversees fiscal support, Human Resource and administrative support, purchasing, insurance management, state filings, and compliance requirements. This department is also responsible for data management, inventory and shipping.

Public Relations and Marketing
The Public Relations and Marketing Department is responsible for promoting JFI’s mission and programs. Through JFI’s relationship with celebrities such as Charlie Daniels and Rascal Flatts, Collegiate and NFL Coaches, State Attorneys General and several Fortune 500 companies, the PR & Marketing Department works to bring awareness to JFI’s mission of preventing youth suicide.

Responsible for assisting in the public relations and marketing efforts associated with the Jason Foundation’s mission
Government Affairs
Works closely with State, federal and other government leaders to build relationships that will have a positive impact for youth suicide prevention.
Director of Corporate and Government Relations: Paul Summers
As the past Attorney General for the state of Tennessee, General Paul Summers provides unique insight into working with State Attorneys General across the country.
